The Musicians’ Clinics of Canada is starting to integrate the use of AI into our workflow. The goal of this is to ensure we can focus on patient care as much as possible, whilst ensuring documentation is precise and thorough.

This use of AI is in line with many other healthcare providers in the province. We have selected Heidi AI as our tool, and you can read more details about it in the infographic below. Once you give consent, Heidi may be used for a number of purposes, including for documenting appointments, making referrals and writing consult notes. We are happy to answer any questions you have about how we are using it in your situation.
